入社後、まずはデリバリー業務、ポスティングなど
基本的なことから学んでいただきます。
その後シフト管理や、計数、売上の管理など店舗の運営・管理を行います。
しっかりと基礎から学び、スキルを磨き経営のノウハウを身につけることができるので独立後も安心です。
もちろんインドの恵みでさらなるスキルアップを目指していただくことも大歓迎です。
